(MTSI) is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to be part of a team supporting the Joint Task Force Space Defense Commercial Operations (JCO) Cell in the developing software for Commercial SRT(Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Tracking). This is a 100% remote position with headquarters located at Catalyst Campus in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Software Engineer with MTSI, you will be part a team supporting the Joint Task Force Space Defense Commercial Operations (JCO) Cell in the developing software for Commercial SRT(Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Tracking). This is a 100% remote position with headquarters located at Catalyst Campus in Colorado Springs, CO.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to developing:
- Full Stack applications using React, Java, Python and Postgres database.
- Implementing user Interfaces from UI/UX design.
- API/Microservice development in Java Spring Boot and Python Fast API, Django or Flask.
- Working with data providers and back-end API developers for data access.
- Using Agile methodologies to develop software.
- Implementing software using Test Driven Development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience required developing applications with an emphasis on micro-service development.
- Experience developing microservices in ReactJS, Python, and Java (Spring Boot).
- Ability to work efficiently on small, distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Agile principles.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience with Containers (Docker, Docker Compose).
- DevSecOps utilizing test-driven development in Java or Python.
- Gitlab experience.
- Experience using Kafka.
- Experience using and querying the Unified Data Library or WarpCore.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science or related field.
Clearance Requirements:
- None to start, (Secret Eligible).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $95,000/year to $105,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract wages, job- related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
