Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full PracticePractice Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care for our Medical Weight Loss and Hormone Replacement Therapy Patients. Part-Time and Full-Time options available.
Licenses/Certicications:
- Full Practice Nurse Practitioner
- FNP-BC
- DEA
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments
- Conduct case management and coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Perform utilization review to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer IV infusions and/or Injections
- Take vital signs and document patient information accurately
Skills:
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures
- Strong case management abilitie
- Competence in administering IV infusions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $74,880.00 - $187,200.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
