Fisher Insurance Agency, Inc of Milford, Massachusetts is looking to hire a FULL OR PART-TIME Customer Service Representative who is authorized to work in the United States.
Portuguese and/or Spanish speaking is a Plus.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Scheduling appointments, answering multi-line calls, processing email and US mail, data-entry, and supporting any Customer Service tasks as needed. Salary commensurate with experience with an opportunity for advancement and growth. Candidates must speak English fluently, work well in a team setting, have a positive attitude, keen attention to detail, be people oriented, able to problem solve, be analytical thinking, have organizational skills, and able to work under pressure.
Property & Casualty Insurance Experience and license a plus.
