JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage inventory levels to align with sales forecasts and company objectives.
- Oversee purchase order process from creation to fulfillment, maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with suppliers for timely materials delivery and effective supply chain management.
- Analyze order quantities to improve inventory turnover and minimize excess stock.
- Negotiate shipping contracts and oversee shipping logistics for cost-effectiveness and reliability.
- Ensure on-time product delivery by coordinating shipping processes with internal teams.
- Manage logistics for product returns and repairs.
- Develop inventory management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle consumer and customer data per applicable policies and procedures.
- Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related area.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and best practices.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
