Inventory Control Analyst

Essential Duties:

· Become a lead user of RTS’ innovative inventory tracking software

· Conduct area-wide end of month reconciliation

· Conduct in-house auctions for structural goods

· Conduct in-house audits for product integrity

· Identify slow-moving, surplus, and obsolete inventory and identify avenues to market and sell such inventory

· Conduct standard costing for new products, consignment, and production use products

· Conduct ADHOC customer inventory purchases

· Other duties as deemed necessary

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

· High School Diploma/GED

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial, inventory, and/or accounting related role

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel

· Should possess good mathematical and analytical skills.

· Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

· Ability to work independently, exhibit time management skills and consistently meet project deadlines

· Experience in creating solutions for customers based on their initiatives and our offerings

· Understanding of the industry and the business challenges customers face

· Requires strong commitment to customer service and teamwork

Position Type/Work Schedule

This is a full-time exempt. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
