We are a medical spa/aesthetic center seeking a front office for our Palm Desrt location. We are seeking highly energetic, talented, professional and ambitious team member for a part-time position. They should possess a commitment to excellent patient care, be a team player, self-motivated, detail oriented, have a polished professional attitude and a passion for aesthetic medicine. A positive attitude, high energy, willingness to serve clients & the ability to SELL product/services are all vital qualities amongst others described.
CANDIDATE MUST BE OUTGOING AND HAVE EITHER PREVIOUS SPA, MEDICAL OFFICE OR SALES EXPERIENCE.
Qualifications include:
- Promptly answering a high-volume of phone calls.
- Accurately taking and delivering messages to appropriate providers and staff.
- Daily data entry, e-charting & medical note taking.
- Scheduling new and returning patients.
- Maintains knowledge of all providers' schedules and restrictions. Patient check-in and check-out.
- Complete knowledge of all services and treatments performed at facility.
- Verification of insurances, collecting co-payments, deductibles, and balances.
- Office administration: including but not limited to stocking supplies, checking inventory, sanitization and facility maintenance, organization and making sure the surrounding environment of all suites are clean and welcoming.
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
- Familiarity with Processing Payments & Microsoft programs.
- Must be able to maintain relationships with patients in person and on phone.
- Rooming patients. scheduling patient follow-ups, treatments, with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
- Must be able to perform other administrative tasks and duties when given by Doctor, Manager or Nurses.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
