Salary```Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated sterilization technician to join our team. As a sterilization technician. you will work closely with the RDA and dental hygienist to provide quality dental care to our patients. Your role will involve assisting and sterilizing instruments properly being careful not to injure yourself or others ; organization is a must! attention to detail is critical. You will be expected to help with setting up and breaking down rooms , cleaning rooms, disinfecting rooms as well as clean the office at end of night ( take out trash, mop) clean & disinfect operatories.
On occasion you may be asked to help the Hygienist with periocharts but mainly this position is to ensure a clean and sterile environment.

Duties: - Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available - Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment - Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office's appointment calendar Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred - CPR certification preferred - Knowledge of Dental terminology, preferred Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with patients of all ages - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - simple IRA matching
