Dental Practice in Greensboro for over 20 years. We are looking for someone with dental office front desk/billing experience to join our family practice. We desire a reliable candidate with great interpersonal skills who is a team player and demonsrates high ethical standards.
Other desired qualifications: Knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information for billing purposes
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- Manage dental office systems and software, including dental coding and billing systems
- Handle dental collections, including processing payments and resolving billing issues
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a dental office is required
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and codes for billing
- Experience in using dental office software and systems for scheduling, billing, and record keeping
