Schedule:
- Monday 6:30am-4:30pm
- Tuesday 6:30am-4:30pm
- Wednesday 6:30am-4:30pm
- Thursday 6:30 am - 3:30pm
- Friday 6:30am-12:30pm every other Friday
Responsibilities:
Job Duties include:
- Schedule appointments
- Update patient account information
- Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
- Help manage patient appointments for optimization of daily schedule
- Build patients’ insurance information
- Collect payments
- Communicate with other dental and/or medical offices
- Fax and scan documents
- Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office to create a great first impression of our team
- Manage Front Office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail, email, text and communicating with patients and insurance companies
- Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers in the office
- File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims, verification of benefits and explanation of coverage
- Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivables
Job Requirements include:
- Ability to communicate effectively, accept recommendations for job growth and to improve efficiency in daily tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to complete initiatives.
- Knowledge of how to use a computer and answer the phone.
- Ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task project environment.
- Ability to adhere to OSHA and HIPAA compliance regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
