NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking forFront Office Trade Supportto work onsite with our global client in New York City.


Responsibilities:

  • Join an active team in providing immediate hands-on support across several Fixed Income desks
  • Own the enablement of customer/sales enablement on the dealer to customer markets.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and confirm the flow of market data, order routing, and trade flow.
  • Document all issues and work to escalate as needed.
  • Must be able to own all issues from report to completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related Technology major preferred.
  • 5+ years of Fixed Income markets and/or Fixed Income product knowledge.
  • Financial Services and/or application support experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, energetic, and entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Exhibits strong teamwork skills.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadline.
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to excellence.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive; self- motivated and goal oriented.

Location:

  • Onsite at least 4 days a week
