Front Office Receptionist

Lowcountry Urology Clinics has an immediate need for a friendly, compassionate, and efficient Front Office Receptionist for our busy medical practice. As one of the first faces our patients and their families see when they enter the office, you will help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and manage patient interactions with sensitivity and kindness.

You will be trusted with vital patient information, and are responsible for accurately entering all demographic and insurance details, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, scanning records, supervising the office staff, handling important office duties for staff and physicians. Ensuring patients experience at Lowcountry Urology Clinics is a great one.

Our Front Office Receptionist will be a vital part of the Front Office. They will communicate on a daily basis with the Physicians, and office staff.

Must have 2+ years of Medical Receptionist Experience and familiar with EMR systems.

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Required)
• Medical office experience: 1 year (Required)
