The Front Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Office. This position will support the Clinical Director as well their Front Office team.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for hiring and terminating Front Office staff.
- Assist Business Manager in performing interviews to bring on new staff, as needed.
- Managing and coordinating schedules of Front Office staff.
- Delegating responsibilities to appropriate staff.Communicate with Clinic Director
- Covering Front Office duties, when needed.
Specific qualities/skills:
Highly organized.
Great communication skills.
Able to prioritize and delegate tasks to completion.
Some management experience, preferably in an office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
