We are a small and growing cleaning/construction company that services throughout the greater Grand Rapids area. This is a 1099 position. Monday through Friday--8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Property Management/Construction Administration a big plus!
Your job as an Office Manager will include, but not limited to:
- Answer phones
- Constant communication with the owner of the company
- Invoicing
- Preparation of estimates
- Communication with subcontractors and customers
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Spreadsheets
- Human Resources
- Filing
- Product research and pricing
- Marketing
- Social Media
Qualifications:
- 2+ years office experience
- Quickbooks
- Communication skills
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- Spreadsheets (Excel)
- Organized
- Reliable
- Professionalism
