Front Office Dental Coordinator

Are you an outgoing, fun, and friendly person interested in creating exceptional experiences for patients. We are a private practice, independently owned dental office located in downtown Boise and have a team member who will be out 2-6 weeks due to medical issues.

Duties will include:

· Helping patients schedule appointments

· Verify insurance benefits

· Confirmation calls and email reminders

· Preparing statements

· Mailing refunds

· Answering phones

We are looking for someone with:

· Ability to prioritize and multitask tasks effectively

· Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Previous experience is preferred

Full time
Hours: Monday -Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dental Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Boise, ID 83702: Relocate before starting work (Required)
