SalaryKuna Smiles it is a single doctor practice with one hygienist. Dr. Olson is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to be responsible for the following.
Scheduling hygiene and doctor schedules, finances, collecting payments, billing Insurance, understanding insurance maximums and coverage tables, follow up on outstanding claims, sending statements etc. with some small managerial responsibilities.
This position is 3 to 4 days per week depending on the candidate and offers the potential to move up to the Office Manager position in the future. Dr. Olson and his staff are great to work with and are looking for an outgoing, fun, responsible individual who cares about their patients as much as they do to add to their team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
