Position: Front Office Coordinator

Salary: Starting at $17.00 an hour

Job Type: Full Time: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm

Our office is growing, and we're looking for the right person to join our team. You should be able to follow instructions and be well organized with great attention to detail.

• Bilingual is a must.
• Greeting patients.
• Insurance Verifications
• Scanning documents in patients account
• Presenting treatment plans
• Walking out patients
• Collecting payments at time of service.
• Excellent people skills on the phone and in person.
• Scheduling appointments for both Doctor and Hygienist.
• Efficient computer skills including microsoft office and willing to learn new software.

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
