Janice Peterson - StateFarm Agency, located in Omaha, NE, hasan immediate opening for a team member. We are seeking a qualified professionalto join our team. Insurance experience is not required as we will train theright person!
We seek an energeticprofessional interested in helping our business grow through value-basedconversations and remarkable customer experience. Your primary role will beproviding excellent customer service to prospective and current clients as wellas client retention.
Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and focus on client retention.
