Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with application information, collection work, and issue resolution
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote special offers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Outbound calling experience is a plus
