SalaryCondra Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is looking to add a Front Office receptionist to our team! We are looking for a positive, outgoing, hardworking candidate. Multi-tasking and working with other team members a must. At least one year dental experience. Dentrix software knowledge is preferred. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am-5pm with a lunch break from 12pm-1:00pm. Wednesday 7am-3pm with lunch catered every Friday.
Common job duties:
-Answering phones
-Checking patients in and out
-Scanning in documents
-Taking payments
-Calling on Accounts Receivable and Treatment to be scheduled
-Scheduling
-Daily Deposit
-Sending out statements
