PART-TIME FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

We are currently hiring a part-time Front Office Coordinator to greet clients and families, answer phones, and assist with other administrative duties. Your success is our success. You’ll be matched with an experienced administrator and taught all of the skills you’ll need for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Work 8:00am-1:00pm, Monday through Friday greeting people at our Kokomo downtown location
• Assist with arrival/dismissal procedures for our clients
• Open center daily
• Keep an inventory, order and unpack all office supplies
• Stock the center daily
• Answer phone calls
• Call parents
• Schedule parent meetings
• Light cleaning
• Other responsibilities as determined by the organization

Requirements:

• Proficiency in work processing and spreadsheet development
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multitask and assume a variety of responsibilities as needs arise
• Must have 1 year office experience

What services does IBAA provide?

We provide applied behavior analysis therapy to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder. Most of the individuals supported received one-on-one services at the clinic between the hours of 8:30a and 4:30p, Monday - Friday.

What is Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)?

ASD is a neurological and developmental disorder that affects how people interact with others, communicate, learn, and behave.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

ABA is an evidence-based, medical therapy that allows us to uniquely assist each child with developing the skills needed to live, learn and play.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
