What you will handle:
- Check-in patients
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phones
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance, appointments, and treatment plans
Our ideal candidate:
- 1+ years of Front Office experience is required
- Familiarity with Orthotrac is a highly preferred
- Must task-oriented and a team player
- A can do attitude is essential to thrive in this role
