Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist

O'Brien Memorial Health Care Center is seeking candidates to join our team as an Office Manager. The Office Manager assists the Director with communications, record keeping, customer relations, marketing and billing.

Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain all employee personnel files
• Complete onboarding for new staff members
• Process and submit payroll
• Answer phones and direct all calls and visitors to the facility
• Process monthly invoicing for resident accounts
• Process inquiries for residency

Front Office Coordinator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Secretarial Experience
• Previous Supervision Experience
• Experience with basic office equipment
• 6 months experience in Long Term Care preferred
