An Audiology Aide must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
The Audiology Aide position requires a State of Ohio Audiology Aide license.
To obtain this Audiology Aide license, the Dayton Children's Audiology Department will provide the necessary training and clinical supervision.

- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of pediatric growth and development
- Comfortable working with patients from infancy through age 21
- Have a basic knowledge of EPIC systems; preferred
- Possess a willingness to learn the Audiology Aide tasks required
- Able to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
