We are currently in need of a full-time front desk receptionist. Listed below are some of the details we look for in an ideal candidate.
Qualities and Skills:
- A desire to make each patient's experience "rave worthy"
- Fluency and experience with explaining treatment plans to patients and helping them navigate insurance and financial arrangements
- Terrific interpersonal skills
- Generally computer savvy
- Capable of keeping up with a high-pace office
- A willingness to grow, learn, and try new things
(dental experience not required)
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients, answering phones, confirming patients, billing, checking insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments
- Educate our patients regarding their treatment plans, answer any questions, and help them work through any financial considerations
- Ensure we maintain compliance with regulatory and safety expectations
- Assist, as needed, other team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
