Dotcom is looking to add a new member to our team for a Front Desk/Office Position
Hours are 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
```Duties```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked. Keeping office Tidy. -Keeping track of Invoicing through Email -Onboarding New Hires/Subcontractors
```Skills```
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
