Front Office Clerk

Our Christian school has an immediate opening for a Front Office Clerk.

Job Requirements include but are not limited to:

· Must be able to present a professional office with great customer service skills.

· Greet visitors, students, parents, and Church members.

· Ability to work with diverse groups of people.

· Answer all incoming calls and direct the calls to the proper person.

· Use multiple computer programs.

· Must be detail oriented and follow up on pending items.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Possess excellent communication skills.

· High level of confidentiality needed.

· Schedule tours of the school and preschool.

· Process enrollment of new students.

· Process attendance and general paperwork.

· Must have a positive attitude and be able to follow directions.

Qualifications:

· Has a personal commitment to Jesus Christ.

· Has a high school diploma.

· Three years of school office experience.

· Experience in dealing with all types of people.

· Bilingual a plus. `

· Must pass a Level II background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
