Schedule for the Front Office Associate:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00PM (once per month)

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:

• 2-3 years of experience required

• Dentrix Ascend experience required

• Greet patients in a friendly, welcoming way

• Handle incoming calls

• Carry out insurance verification

• Input patient information into Dentrix

• Have a great, friendly personality
