• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Front Office Associate

• 3-4 years of dental experience is required

• Eaglesoft experience is required

• Answer phones and address inquiries from patients, ensuring excellent customer service

• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar using Eaglesoft

• Communicate effectively with patients to confirm and remind them of their appointments

• Understand and process RX through Eaglesoft

• Assist with the coordination of patient records and paperwork
