Job Description
This position will perform a variety of office duties including, but not limited to, answering and screening calls, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, typing, copying, scanning, and filing documents, processing incoming and outgoing mail and FedEx shipments, managing and maintaining office and kitchen supplies, maintaining organization of reception area, conference rooms, workrooms, and kitchen along with other administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and reliable, be a self-starter, demonstrate a willingness to learn, have an outgoing personality and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years administration experience particularly Front Office / receptionist
- Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work well with others
- Punctual and dependable
