Celebrating our 10th year in business, we are the area's leading powder coat and wheel repair center.
We are looking for a Front Office Assistant!
Must be interested in the automotive culture! We do a lot of wheels!
Responsibilities include:
-Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
-Scheduling and confirming appointments.
-Handling basic quote requests.
-Basic bookkeeping duties including writing work orders and invoicing.
-Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
-Monitoring inventory and ordering replacements.
-Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
-Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
