Here at West Valley Gymnastics School we want to provide the highest level of customer service to all present and future customers. Front Office Assistants are to manage all customer accounts and handle any issues that may arise.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver excellent and accurate customer service.
- Phone calls/messages are answered within 24 hours.
- Emails are answered within 24 hours.
- Waitlists are called promptly
- Handling student enrollments, drops, trials, waitlists, waitlist placement and transfers into proper programs.
- Payment processing
- Membership billing
- Opening and closing
- Filing and scanning
- Light office cleaning
- Making sure gym supplies are stocked and ordered when needed.
- Sending mass emails to our customers
- Updating calendars and signage posted around the gym during events/holidays.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
- Experience with iClassPro program a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
