Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance coverage
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Request authorizations for upcoming visits
- Interface with medical staff regarding referrals
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual preferred
Soledad Eye Surgeons is a large medical group of ophthalmologist and optometrists. We have an in-house optical shop that services our own patients. It is a busy office with a lot of opportunity for growth.
