Front of the House

We are looking for trusty, well-presented Front of house staff to supplement our existing team. Contingent on their placement, Front of house staff may be responsible for receiving guests, escorting them to their tables, and conveying their requests to kitchen staff. You should also provide customers with a check upon completion of their meal.

To be successful as Front of house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management. Remarkable Front of house staff will provide foreign diners with suggestions for nearby entertainment.

Reports To: Management team & Owner

Work Schedule: Hourly (3 shifts/week minimum, shifts available 7 days a week)

Responsibilities include:

• Consistently serve and prepare orders for customers
• Must be capable of explaining donut ingredients/recipes to customers
• Work register, prep ingredients, clean as directed by shift lead on duty
• Execute proper portion control with all ingredients
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to Mojo Donuts standards
• Stock supplies on an ongoing basis
• Open and close store per company procedures
• Knows and effectively executes Mojo Donuts promotions
• Other duties may be assigned
• Supervisory responsibilities not required for this position

Pay: Starting at $13 / hour
