Will Call Representative

Our Will Call Representatives work face to face with our customers who are picking up their orders at our Will Call dock. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service pertaining to customer inquiries or needs regarding Paper Mart Products, via telephone, and email. No two days are the same and this is a great opportunity to learn a variety of tasks. We are looking for dynamic and industrious candidates who enjoys working with people and excels in their ability to problem solve.

Duties:

• Assists customers face to face at our Will Call dock
• Making outbound calls and emails to customers
• Maintains customer records by updating account information in multiple platforms
• Reviewing correct quantity / description of products on order
• Verifying accuracy of transactions
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concerns and determining proper course of action
• Contributes to team effort
• Misc. duties as assigned

Requirements:

Skills / Qualifications:

• Capable of handling high demand scenarios
• Customer Service experience is a must
• Proper phone etiquette
• Able to occasionally lift 20 lbs.
• Order Processing and Computer Literate
• Ability to Multi-Task easily
• Solid Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Highly Organized
• Problem Solving Skills to help resolve customer issues quickly
• Experience with Customer Service Platforms a plus but not required. (ex: Gladly, Red Prairie)
• Bi-lingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
• Great work ethic and attendance record
• Ability to handle seasonal temperature changes in warehouse setting

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
