Full Time Nanny/House Manager-$30-$35+/Hour

The position of nanny for a family residing in Lincoln Park offers a dynamic and engaging opportunity. With a delightful one-year-old daughter at the heart of the household, the role entails providing comprehensive care during the hours of Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. As the daughter transitions to daycare in September, the schedule will undergo adjustments, ensuring flexibility for both the family and the nanny. Embracing an adventurous lifestyle, the family frequently travels, extending an invitation for the nanny to join them on 3-4 trips annually, spanning both international and domestic destinations. While the family provides a car for the nanny's use, parking is readily available should the nanny prefer to utilize her own vehicle. With no pets in the household and a keen awareness of dietary needs, particularly a dairy intolerance, the nanny will navigate her responsibilities with attentiveness and care.

This role extends beyond traditional childcare, encompassing a spectrum of additional tasks tailored to support the family's dynamic lifestyle. From running errands and meal preparation to maintaining inventory and managing household tidiness, the nanny becomes an indispensable member of the household team. With both parents engaged in their respective careers, the nanny collaborates closely with a mom who works from home and occasionally travels, while dad operates from an office and frequently travels for work. Compensation: $30-$35+/hour with flexibility for the right fit

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses 1 week), 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, healthcare stipend is offered if needed

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Have a minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience that can be verified
• 2+ years of infant experience (non-family)
• Holds a valid US driver’s license
• Able to provide a minimum of 3 outstanding references from prior childcare positions
• Be fully fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States
• Clean driving record
