**Front of House Manager**
**Duties:**
- Interview and hire Front of House staff
- Train and onboard new employees
- Schedule and manage staff shifts
- Oversee daily operations of the Front of House area
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front of House area
**Skills:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Understanding of food production processes and culinary techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles

As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front of House area, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Skyline Beer Company is a growing brewpub with a full liqour license also, we specialize in craft beer and craft cocktails with a delicous brewpub food menu, we have a patio that overlooks tobacco fields during the summer months. We hold large events like concerts and other similar fun events in the warm weather. We are a fun yet fairly laid back atmosphere and get incredibly busy during the warm months with our beer garden and patio.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
