Smoothie Bar Manager

Hello! We are looking for a friendly, welcoming and professional food manager at our new plant-based Smoothie Bar/casual food to go located inside our boutique fitness studio. A curiosity into plant based or vegan lifestyle is a bonus but not a deal breaker. We are fun loving crew of fitness and health instructors and managers, looking for a special someone to join us to manage our new health bar. We have lots of fun, respect each other immensely, and care 110% about our our members and customers. Read the duties below and if you feel you are a match, we'd love to meet you!!

```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Food or Drink Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Experience in kitchen management or food service is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
