Contact Physical Therapy is a privately owned and growing company in Phoenix and Tucson. We are growing our patient care department and are looking for highly motivated individuals who would like to grow with our customer service team. We are seeking individuals who demonstrate excellent customer service skills, personable, and teamwork oriented. Previous customer service experience is a plus. On the job training available. Position duties include: scheduling patients for multiple locations, information gathering, insurance verification and authorizations, and copay and deductible collections. Communication with clients and patients will be directly at the front office as well as all phone calls.

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.

- 6 months experience in medical reception preferred.
- Ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, physicians and other clients.
- Organizational skills to manage patient charts, billing information, insurance verification, etc.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office and other spreadsheet based programs
- Knowledge of Basic medical terminology
- Communication skills to assist patients with scheduling needs, work with insurance companies to verify benefits and interact with referring physician offices.
- Multi-task and able to meet deadlines.
- The ability to prioritize, maintain organization of tasks and troubleshoot with the assistance of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
