Front Desk/Client Services

4-Legged Friends Daycare, a dog daycare and dog/cat boarding facility in Livonia has openings! We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible individuals who love animals and are committed to their happiness and safety.

Client Service/Front Desk will tend to both human, canine, and feline guests when they check in and out from our facility.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist guests with boarding reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about pets stay with us

They will also be responsible for maintaining the positive client/staff relationship people have come to know at 4LF. This is not a sedentary position as taking dogs of all sizes to and from daycare and kennels is required. Part time available. Weekends and some holidays are mandatory.

Hours:
*Must be available at least 20 hours per week
*Must be available for changing opening shifts - 6:15 am start
*Weekends/holidays mandatory
Requirements for all:
*Must be 18 years of age or older
*Be a dog and cat lover
*Be honest, responsible, dependable, on-time, willing to learn and enjoy a fast paced work environment
*Live within 20 minutes of the facility and have own transportation
*Able to be on your feet and physically active for entire shift and lift at least 50 lbs.
