All Day Medical Care Clinic is currently seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Supervisor for Medical and Behavioral Health Practice to join our team.
Responsibilities of Front Desk Supervisor for Medical and Behavioral Health Practice:
- Supervising a team of medical receptionists and managing the Front Desk operations
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and addressing any concerns
- Managing patient check-in and check-out process and patient flow
- Ensuring reception staff are properly trained and meeting performance standards
- Managing scheduling, records, and administrative needs
- Other duties as assigned to assist in the overall patient experience
- As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be expected to possess exceptional customer service skills, work independently and on a team, and have strong problem-solving skills. EMR experience, specifically with In Sync, is preferred.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a supervisor in a medical practice or related field
- Experience working as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role at a healthcare organization
- Managerial experience with the ability to lead a team, set goals, and resolve issues
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact with patients in a professional, compassionate manner
- Proficient in electronic health records systems and Microsoft Office
- HS diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Exceptional customer service skills
