Front Desk Attendant

Job Requirements

• High School Graduate 
• Must be neat in appearance - well groomed
•  Excellent communication skills
• Must be trustworthy.
• Must possess the physical abilities required to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Must have excellent communication skills, observation skills, judgement and a pleasant and courteous manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and understand the Front Desk Procedure Manual as well as Regent Rules & Regulations and Contractors Rules and Regulations.
• Front desk is to comply with the Front Desk attendant Instructions.
• Greet and Receive all entrants allowed 
• Monitor all cameras, especially high risk areas such as the swimming pool
• Additional job responsibilities may be added at anytime at the discretion of the Manager.
• Answer the Front Desk phones and open doors and when alerted by owners or guests.
• Maintain close communication with the Regent Manager
• Record package receipt and delivery and such in Building Link
• Enforce Regent Rules and Regulations
• Monitor Front Desk at all times
• Maintain Daily Log of activities 
• Able to use simple computer program and use Ipad.
