Front Desk Supervisor

Fairfield Inn Dayton North is hiring for a Front Desk Supervisor. Candidate must pass background and drug test. This position requires open availability.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As the Front Desk Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all Front Desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise Front Desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain the Front Desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Assist with night audit duties as needed

Skills:
- Proven experience in hospitality management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Familiarity with Front Desk operations and phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software is preferred
