We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
### Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
### Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or Front Desk operations preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
