Recreation Center Welcome Desk Supervisor

The City of Blue Ash is seeking a Welcome Desk Supervisor for the Blue Ash Recreation Center. This position is part-time permanent. Schedule is flexible, but will require some evening and weekend availability, with an expectation of 20-25 hours a week.

The Blue Ash Recreation Department is responsible for the operation and programming associated with all of Blue Ash's wonderful recreational amenities, including the Recreation Center, Towne Square and Veteran's Memorial, Sports Center, Nature Park and Amphitheater, the Historical Hunt House and Summit Park. • Serves as a customer service representative for the entire facility
• Oversees services for membership processing and class registration
• Delivers accurate information to public inquiries regarding programs, services, and events
• Oversees all operations during the absence of facility manager or desk manager
• Clerical and record keeping for facility usage and incident reporting
• Monitors and helps administer programs and their staff of instructors
• Personnel management and supervision - supervises all frontline staff
• Complete daily revenue and shift reports

• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
• Flexible work schedule
• Must be able to think quickly, problem solve and multi-task
• Excellent customer service and public relations skills
• Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, year-round including nights/weekends and some holidays
