Position Info
The Front Desk Supervisor will assist in the supervision of the Front Desk staff to ensure guest service and operations meet standards. This position works the Front Desk, trains staff, and responds to more complex questions and exceptions. Will organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-in/out, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. Secure payment, and verify and adjust billing, activate and distribute room keys, process all guest requests and relay messages. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and exceed all guest expectations.
Position Range: $20 (starting) - $25 per hour

Job Requirements
- Prior cash handling experience necessary
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Six months Front Desk experience
- Strong computer skills
