Part-Time (10-15 hours per week)

Required availability: approximately 2:00-4:30pm daily M-F

Salary: $18.00/hr

A Front Desk Coordinator is a self-motivated and positive individual who can balance an energetic, fun youth focused atmosphere with professionalism and maturity. A Front Desk Coordinator serves as a role model for all Club Members and is expected to participate in all activities and motivate and inspire our youth to engage as well.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome guests, families and children in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage the Front Desk operations, including answering phone calls.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Represent the Club in a welcoming manner as the first point of contact for guests, families, and members.
• Handle member check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Address guest concerns by communicating with the Site Director in a professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Demonstrated experience working with youth, parents/guardians, and community partners
• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
• Strong communications skills
• Must pass National Background Check

• Schedule: Required availability during after school hours from approximately 2:00-4:30pm daily M-F
• Work Location: In person at one of our sites

COVID INFORMATION:

• All Club staff, volunteers, and anyone that enters the Club facilities will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. A person is considered fully-vaccinated two weeks after having all does of a vaccine (2 doses for Pfizer, Moderna; 1 dose for Johnson & Johnson).
