Objective: As a Front Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and accurate check in and check out process, which includes confirming registration and demographics, verifying insurance and collecting payments. You will also answer the phones and assist patients scheduling, relaying messages to the relevant provider, and other non-clinical needs, as they arise.
