Job Description
As a Vitality Living Help Desk Specialist I, you will
- Respond to support requests in an expedient manner that quickly resolves end user issues.
- Provide immediate technical support in person, over the phone, or via remote access as appropriate.
- Monitor issues through to accepted resolution and update the ticketing system with relevant notes for future use.
- Provide regular updates to end users on support requests.
- Document actions, troubleshooting steps and equipment information for future reference.
- Participate in on call rotation for after-hours support.

The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience, 2 years similar work experience, keen attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills, and working knowledge of network hardware and Windows 10 and 11.
Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation as well as travel in the southeast is required.
