Job Summary:
Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology of the Rockies, now part of the AllerVie Health Network, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Representative with a dynamic personality for the medical front office. This includes answering phones, check-in and out as well as financial counseling. We are a great company looking for people who want to be a part of a team long-term.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Greeting patients
  • Check in - Check out
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Patient Financial Counseling
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
  • This position may be required to travel to other clinics for staffing needs
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in healthcare or medical fields
  • Experience in a medical customer service
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
