Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about salon, services, products and stylists
- Assist guests with special requests or needs
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain Front Desk & retail area

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Past experience working in a salon is a plus
- Proficient in using a computer and appointment booking system
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in the service industry or Front Desk role is desirable
